I-5 bridge collapse: Temporary span across Skagit River to be inspected

MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — Traffic on the Interstate 5 Skagit River bridge at Mount Vernon will be restricted Saturday morning while the Transportation Department gives the temporary span a checkup.
